Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

 

Please make sure to review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we’re here to help.

To request a replacement or refund:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  2. Include your order number

  3. Provide clear photos of the item, showing the issue

 

This helps us quickly review the problem and resolve it.

 

Resolution Process

Once we review your claim:

 

  • If approved, we will offer a free replacement or refund

  • You will not be required to return the damaged item

 

Important Notes

 

  • Claims submitted without photos may not be eligible for review

  • Items damaged due to misuse, washing errors, or normal wear and tear are not covered
